Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
